Decreasing my buffer size to 64 causes pops and also Cubase 5 tends to crash more than usual. This corresponds to a buffer size of 128, and a sample rate of 44.1 kHz. My latency with input and output combined is 10.612 ms. Now that I am recording my guitars through direct input with amp simulation plugins, I have found my latency to be bothersome. I've owned my M-audio Firewire Solo interface for years.
